CHILD PROTECTION AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

THE FATHER’S HOUSE (TFH) and the One Life Movement (OLM) project exist to bless children and allow them to flourish both now and eternally. All staff and partners of TFH and OLM (Team Members) agree to implement and practice a child protection policy that minimizes the risk of any child exploitation or emotional, physical, or sexual child abuse.

The Team Members agree to employ strategies to minimize the risk of child abuse and to immediately report any suspicious incidents to TFH management or appropriate authorities for protective and remedial action. Persons known or determined to engage in child sexual or physical abuse are prohibited from participating, serving or volunteering in the OLM program.

Children are vulnerable, and as ministry partners we have the responsibility to do all we can to promote the safety of the children in our care.  Physical abuse, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, verbal abuse, and neglect of children (“Abuse”) is strictly prohibited by THE FATHER’S HOUSE.  As Team Members, we have a duty to help prevent Abuse by creating safe environments for children.

Any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, harassment, commercial sex activity or forced labor is absolutely prohibited by TFH and OLM and is considered to be an international human rights violation.

The TFH and OLM TEAM MEMBERs agree that any and all participants, volunteers, or vendors are absolutely prohibited from engaging in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, commercial sex activities or forced labor.

The TFH and OLM TEAM MEMBERs agree not to participate with any individual, organization or business who supports, directly or indirectly, acts of terrorism.

The TFH and OLM TEAM MEMBERs agree to avoid any payments, or provision of other items of value, to government officials that would be considered a bribe or appear as a bribe.
